Dust filter type DF

A dust filter type DF is a radial filter. The connection housing is made of nodular cast iron GGG40. This type of filter is often used as a dust filter in the smaller gas installations up to 50 Nm3 / h. The filter has different connection sizes and can also be combined with a safety shut-off. The filter element is made of synthetic impregnated fibre cloth.

Maximum operating pressure

The maximum inlet pressure = 19.6 barg for the 3/4 “BSP-Tr bolted version.

The maximum inlet pressure = 8.6 barg for the 1 “screwed and DN25 PN16 flanged version.

Operating temperature

-20.0 – +60.0 °C.

Connection sizes

Screwed: 3/4 “and 1” BSP-Tr.

Flanged: DN25 PN16.

Filter Element

Synthetically impregnated viscose rayon with a filter fineness of up to 10 microns.

Applicable gases

Natural gas, LPG, propane, butane, air, nitrogen and other gases. Not suitable for oxygen O2.

Options

Combination with a safety shut-off.

Ball valve for venting.
