BD-Gas BV is a company that specializes in the production of various gas equipment such as gas pressure regulators, safety shut-off devices, safety Relief units and dust filters.

We are importers of Mueller Gas Products which belongs to the Mueller Co. The company is based in North America and is a leader in the production of gas equipment for the natural gas industry.

We also represent all of Sensus Gas Products. Sensus Gas Products is a manufacturer in the field of Smart Systems for water and natural gas applications. BD-Gas B.V. represents the product range of all the natural gas products by Sensus Gas Products.

Thanks to our long history we have an enormous amount of experience in designing installations as well as in maintenance of numerous products, various brands and types such as Emerson Tartarini and Emerson Fischer.

BD-Gas BV started as a company on 1 July 2015. However the company actually has a long history. The origin of BD-Gas BV lies with Internationale Gas Apparaten B.V. (IGA) in Waalwijk and Instromet N.V. in Essen Belgium.

In the 60’s IGA started as a representative for the natural gas-related products of American Meter Company (AMCO). Around the same period, Instromet N.V. commenced as a representative for Rockwell (Sensus) products.

In 2010, the two companies merged and continued as Elster-Instromet. On 1 July 2015 the division which manufactured the (natural) gas equipment was transferred to BD-gas B.V. after a management buy-out.

Due to its historical background, BD-Gas B.V. has a gathered a great deal of experience in numerous gas related technical matters. Partly because of its history, this company is experienced and specialized in maintaining and overhauling various brands and types of gas equipment.

Over the years, the most common brands we have represented are IGA (International Gas Apparaten B.V.), Elster, AMCO (American Meter Company), Sensus, Instromet NV/SA, Emerson-Tartarini, Emerson-Fischer and Mueller Co.

A new start
