The Mueller D-5 drills are suitable for drilling up to a diameter of 4 “. The maximum stroke that this drill can make is 14 “(356 mm). The maximum operating pressure is 34.5 barg (500 psig)
In addition to the D-5 drill, the following products are required to be able to tap, test, assemble and disassemble the Mueller valve 2”.

Machine adapter D-5.
Drill bit holder D-5.
Drill 1. 3/8″.
To test the valve on the gas pipe:
Test cap 2″.
For mounting the spindle in the valve with gas pressure:
Adapter inserting tool + inserting tool.
To remove the spindle from the valve under gas pressure:
Extracting tool.
