Gas pressure regulator type 046

The Sensus 046 gas pressure regulator is a spring-loaded regulator. The regulator is normally closed. Thanks to its robust construction and simple design, the controller is extremely useful in industrial applications. This type of regulator is suitable for high inlet pressures of up to 70 barg. The regulator is available with and without a safety Relief. De geflensde uitvoering DN25 PN16 is ook verkrijgbaar met een afslagveiligheid type IP.

The maximum inlet pressure = 0.34 – 68.9 barg (screwed).

The maximum inlet pressure = 16 barg (flanged).

Spring range: 0.2 – 13.7 barg (max. 8.6 barg with relief)

Spring range for safety shut-off

Spring range of safety valve: 0.6 – 4.22 barg

Connection sizes

Screwed 3/4 “NPT, 1” NPT (standard) and 1.1/4 “NPT.

Flanged: DN25 PN16.

Applicable gases

Natural gas, propane, butane, air and nitrogen. Special versions are available for corrosive gases.
