Gas pressure regulator type 1800-B2

The Elster type MR gas pressure regulator is a spring-loaded regulator. The regulator is normally closed. The regulator is ideal for controlling various gases in small industrial and domestic applications. The regulator is available with and without a safety Relief as well as with and without a safety shut-off.

Types

1803-B2 Standard without safety shut-off and safety relief.

1843-B2-L With safety shut-off protection against overpressure (OPSO) and limited safety Relief (3%).

1853-B2-L With safety shut-off against overpressure and under pressure (OUPSO-USSA).

1883-B2 With safety shut-off against overpressure (OPSO).

1893-B2-L With safety shut-off against overpressure and under pressure (OUPSO-USSA).

Maximum operating pressure

The maximum inlet pressure = 8.6 barg for the screwed version.

The maximum inlet pressure = 10 barg for the flanged version.

Operating temperature

-30.0 – +65.0° C (-20° F +150° F).

Maximum capacity

Maximum capacity = 70.9 m3 / h.

Spring range

Spring range outlet pressure = 9 – 300 mbarg (with different springs).

Spring range for safety shut-off over-pressure = 18 – 500 mbarg.

Spring range for safety shut-off under-pressure = 8 – 150 mbarg.

Connection sizes

Screwed: 3/4 “and 1” BSP-Tr. Installation dimension = 102 mm.

Flanged: DN25 PN16. Installation size 180 mm.

Applicable gases

Natural gas, propane, butane, air, nitrogen and non-corrosive gases.
